EASY TO SET
Step 1: Place the garment at the bottom of your stomach and tighten the side straps symmetrically. The support should cradle the bottom of your stomach.
Step 2: Tighten the shoulder straps symmetrically to slightly lift your stomach. Stand tall so your shoulders and upper back are aligned for maximum comfort. If you don't want to lift your stomach, simply tighten the side straps for support.
